It’s a true fact that in spite of reading Tinkle and Amar Chithra katha for a long time personally I regret that I never remembered this great man. We never bothered to acknowledge this great mans sheer determination and vision. I’ll definitely pass this info to my sister who reads tinkle and to many others. It’s a sad thing, and this is not the first time that the Govt. has failed to recognize men of unfettered vision and activities. Not only uncle Pai, there are innumerous other persons in this country with their own contributions in their own fields which were path breaking and unique and many of them still remains. I totally agree with your suggestion and that’s really a good suggestion and one of the things which we can ultimately do for him. This also reminds me of J.C BOSE who was also not given a due recognition even after years of hard work and unchallenged contributions. I strongly feel that we need a strong mechanism to keep pushing all these infos in the public domain so that a large people can take notice. Deepaji I request you to write this is an article with your suggestions to the Sunday Open Page of THE HINDU. May be you can start the pushing mechanism.ARJUN R SHANKARhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15045154720505896630noreply@blogger.com
